Looking For high rate RF Private Server

any1 know of any high rate servers that has almost all items in game dropable?(relics/leons/atleast t4s) and no imbalanced donations? doesnt have to be new, but if its new, its better :)

Play RF jungle all items are available. in NPC like talic upgrade 6-7

and fair CW...its just I observed every private servers that bells are owning in CW...
anyone knows any ?
