it is worth to get rewards ?

i didnt got any email on my main acc....
what are the rewards? :P

and here it changes on every different mail i got
one says
shuta ring
karkaen necklace
another one says
blode ring
luke necklace
and last one says
nothing xD
no uniques i mean
rest is the same as the first

can someone send me the email thru or something?
i got mine in german and i speak dutch -.-
