ok im new to cabal and now gettin ready to get my expliot on :) but first i need to find out what cabal NA and SEA stand for im most likey going to play
on the US version so all help is welcomed thanks ;)

Dude, Cabal SEA, cabal NA, Cabal EU etc stands for their region. E.g only players who live in EU can play Cabal EU.

EU is Europe
NA is North America
