actually I think you have to buy the copyright from Indy21 to be able to publish it. In exchange, you can request them to fix bugs for you.
I'm not sure about new contents though... Might have additional cost.
But if you are lucky that the server files somehow leak out and you happen to live in a country where international copyright law are not recognized then well, it's another thing.
