Release stat unrandomizer (NOT RELEASED BY ME)

Instructions:
1. Extract PCOMDebug.dll into your MapleStory folder (if you have another, just put it in another folder temporarily
2. Open MapleStory and go to your character creation screen.
3. Fill in all information except for stats
4. Alt+Tab and push F1
5. Push F5 - STR; F6 - DEX; F7 - INT; F8 - LUK
6. Take the PCOMDebug.dll out of your MapleStory folder when you are finished, so the annoying thing doesn't pop-up and HAD you every time you open MS.

Is it limited by this max amount of skill points. Like could i create a char with 1 int 60 dex 60 str 1 luck or something of that variety? Also i looked a while but i didnt see spiritelleh post anything about this maybe im wrong but it looks like he brought this to the Epvp forums. (not released by him though)

Tried to download it atleast 5 times. Went to site clicked on link hit download. Save > desktop. Then i hit open because i was gonna go extract it. Then it gave me the following message:
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel.

Help please.

You need to search before you act. seriously. So far, I like you, but double posting isn't gonna be acceptable. You don't post something just so you can get credit for posting it. If it's already been posted then DONT POST IT. Makes you look bad and I'm gonna start reporting you if you keep doing it.

alt+tab and press F1

do you press F1 at the desktop, or alt+tab into the game and press F1? idk

Dude don post something that has already been posted!! You know that me and spritelleh are at this site alot and we will catch any double posting ESPECIALLY IF WE WERE THE ONES WHO POSTED IT!! If you wana get posts do it properly OR LEAVE!

Well, I was gone for a day! Sorry everyone. And Zeeshawn is right. Well, you don't have to leave but you should stop posting if your going to ignore the rules! What is stat unrandomizer? I have a working UCE and downloaded a working CT from someone. They have stats unrandomizer but I don't know what they are. Care to explain?
