[Release]my basic register page

V2 Soon.
Hello guys , i got this page from a friend and he wasn't working at all.
i remake him and now its works perfectly , but its have a few problems.
1. there isn't any min/max length's at all. you have to make it
2. its wasn't design yet. need to make a nicer interface.
3.the Captcha doesn't work! need to make the server side.
4.not sure about secure you can test it..
again its just basic , since no one made one so far and public it
so i will be the first :D.

need to enable extension=php_mssql.dll in php.ini

I wonder if some1 uploaded 0.13.12 client to the internet, cuz im searching like crazy for it and playcool is down and downloaded loads of clients from other private servers and they all were not version 0.13.12
