It doesn't matter what the target is, the actual dodge and accuracy values used for hit calculations are server side. You can change them in your client memory, but that will (if even) only change the visible values in ur character sheet. You will still not dodge or hit more cause the server has the correct values. It would be pretty easy to find the values for any RF version and change the name of the target process to update the trainer. It just wont have any effect but probably the visible one in the character sheet.
