db passwort fehler

Log Offmysql_real_connect: Access denied for user 'mt2'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
failed, retrying in 5 seconds

wenn ich mich über putty einlogge, und dann den server starte ganz normal, also es handelt sich um einen root server was muss ich dann machen oder ändern? der startet den server nicht

using passworrd: YES bedeutet das dein passwort was du angegeben hast
falsch ist.

Was genau jetz dein problem versteh ich nicht...

Hast du das Passwort in den configs angepasst?

PLAYER_SQL: localhost mt2 mt2!@# player
COMMON_SQL: localhost mt2 mt2!@# common
mt2!@# = das Passwort!
als Beispiel..

Dein Passwort was du für mt2 eingetragen hast, das musst du dann auch anpassen in den configs.
Oder du änderst es einfach um zu "mt2!@#"

Log dich in das MySQL Terminal ein:

mysql -u root -p 
Danach erstellst du den User:

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'mt2'@'localhost'
IDENTIFIED BY 'mt2!@#' WITH GRANT OPTION; 
Die alten Passwörter kannst du so lassen, wenn du das Passwort in der Config geändert hast, musst du dieses wieder zu "mt2!@#" (ohne die "") ändern.
