boxybot wont work!

I downloaded boxybod because i heard its safe and fast
But i cant open it!
that stupid error makes me crazy!!
And yes i have .net 4
and program eavent wont show up and i got error!

try to run it as admin...

i have windows xp i cant open as admin and btw if i choose opes as i take administrator and i have to enter pass but i dont have pasword on that pc iw wont allow to let there blank

so I don't know what is wrong

The author fills posts, I to it suggested to look on teamviewer, he has refused
