[Question][NO CoolDown][Cabal PH]

the no delay works fine to me.
BUT
what's the method for no cooldown , using CE?..

somebody help.

what do u mean by no delay?.can u teach me that?.

the no delay means you can use all your skills at once, the no cooldown will dc you on official servers, we need to remove that annoying dc flag

how to find no cooldown aoe and wall hack address?..
