help with my kbot liscense

please nobody but old friend or do zock boss answer me, i have a small problem, the kbot cc shows 3 of my old expired liscenses, but it does not show my 24h liscenses or new user id's, so i cant add my 15 euros to my acc to get my unlimited liscense? am i doing something wrong?

to my kbot,my license was over,so i ask from ivan to restart the demo of my ID and thats i get the kbot ;) regards
