Mmorpgs with open pk System ?

Hey what mmorpgs you know with open pk system ? I mean if you can kill someone everywhere ...

I know just

- Perfect World
- Turf Battles
- Rf Online

i wonder if 2moons / dekaron have an Open Pk system i saw videos at youtube about pk party but read a guide where stand you can only pk someone if he accept your request for an duel ... is this right ???

Requiem:Bloodymare - Although it is still in early beta, there will be dedicates pvp servers.
On the standard game servers players can duel (honorably, meaning participants must consent and duels are not to the death). However, like Perfect World, there are arenas where players can freely battle.

Rappelz has a dedicated server for PVP. High lvl players are there so its a drag to play.

Conquer online for sure, there is only 2 maps i know of that there is no pking, and 2 others with newbie (lvl 26 and under) protection. Conquer is by far the best pking game i know of... go up alittle and its a huge game here...
