What u dont get is people put alot of time and effort into this game and then if there hacked its alot more personal than you would think and rly hurts them

Why do you disagree? You think its ok to take peoples characters and equips that they have worked so hard for? Scamming is exactly the same thing. I used to scam, quite reguarly. But then i thought, how would i feel?

its not there stuff, the user agreement clearly states that it belongs to the company... you even agreed to that
