I think they dont care about emails where users are explicate they got hacked, because BP knows that mails can just be changed on the normally way, over "Change login data" - thats why they delete emails instantly.
But you could write to support and try it with transaction-ID's if u have banked, or try to ban the account.

well i have never banked on that account xD. and they told me that it was my fault i should change pw regularly lmao. they actually dont care if u get hacked they will just tell u advice on how not to get hack. pretty lame for a support

You didn`t do what BP sayd:after account creation, verify your account email adress.
If your account doesn`t have email confirmed, it can be changed with a simple php link.

If an account is stole bp do not care, you can spend weeks emailing and proving the account is yours and they will not give it back. This has happened to one of my friends who has spent a few k on his account in the past few years he has proven its his and they didnt give it back bp are just cunts but you should always praise them.
