So my question is Im a lvl 128 troj, do I need agility aps for hit monsters?

Well Get an Dex ring and you don't need to put anything on agility ;)

k well dependin on what weapon(s) you are using most of them the skill will take effect quite regualy so agillity isnt really important, ive lvld troj from 110 with 2 agillity and its fine. that way u get more hp too

Yep. Use a Dex Ring like everyone else said.

I'm a trojan, super +5/+8 club/sword with a super dex ring. I rarely ever miss. It's nice :)
