I need Help

Hello..

Can any one tell me how can I make a shop to sell buffs (like kart in HV) in Rondo and other cities?

And also I want to know how can I add more things to the new shops that new P-Servers have in each city (like the shop that sells creatures cards and the shop that sells pets and masks .. etc) .

I havent looked too much into this. But as NPC's give buffs on training island, look through the lua files to see if this can be done through that.
