anyways, i dont think there is such a program.
when someone tries to send you a link with an .exe, just say: fuck off;because i dont think it is possible to make such a program. i mean, ok, there are hackers/programmers out there, but when such program should be written NOONE would ever share it for nothing.
dont forget: virusscan is your best friend.
much better: do not download exe files from someone you dont know^^
