DEKARON EU Vac Folders problem

Hi guys i need help with one thing . Well i know there is many explains what to put where but each explain/tutorial how to.. is different ! Well i am confused i don't what is truth now. I please for one ! exactly explain please. And write it with especially things like when and where PUT something and when and where COPY (copy/paste) something it's big different . So i downloaded Dekaron.rar and excracted and i have folder called Dekaron. In the Dekaron folder i got 3 folders "Data" "eur" "texture" . Now i don't know i need to copy or put The data folder to my deskop and it's all ? or i need copy or put my data folder from c:\program files/game tribe/dekaron/data to deskop ? or i just need to put the eur folder to c:/program files/game tribe/dekaron/data . I am confused it's so strange. Please fr exactly with especially words explain. By the way if i want edit anything in info.csv or monster.csv where i need to edit it ? because there is lot of this files now.. on deskop in data folder in eur folder etc , please for explains also .Thanks
