Nobility on a Chinese-Based Game?

LOL has anyone realized that the Nobility system is based in olden day England? (Duke, princes, Earl, King)
haha and Conquer Online is a Chinese based game with an England based ruling system. noice.

wth, i thought this is quite famous to the whole world
anyhow, this is called the corrupt system back in the china olden days
(nowadays still happen, but privately)
which u pay higher gov a "special thanks fee", then they will give u a title or extra "care" lol

The names are indeed based on England, but the build from lowest to highest is the same in China.

King - Prince - Duke - Earl - Knight - Baron - Etc
