I've always used and recommended swvps for those looking for a good/cheap vps. I've never had any real issues but obviously if your server is getting to a heavy load of trafic buying a dedicated server would be better off (generally will run you over 100 per month though).
I've always used the 30 dollar package with swvps and works just great.
