Guild/Union logo loading

Hello.
Since 2/3 weeks ago the 'new' guild/union logo's won't show anymore , only the ones that i already loaded before =/ ( The logo's stay blank ><")
Has anyone experienced this problem already ?

it was often so, should be a server failure.

i got the same problem but instead of my of guild pic i just see a white picture

it is often seen i think we can see it after next server inspection

if i am wrong dont kill me .................. lol

Because it isnt ^^
2 days ago there was Weekly Inspection(when the crappy new dresses were added :D) And the emblems are still blank ;)
