I dont know how to fix it ... i have win 7 ultimate and my isro works well

the char seems lvl 1 cuz u have 200 hp , mp so u just can creat a new char
or maybe there is some missing files in ur client

you have some missed files i think...some about media.pk2 or data.pk2 or map.pk2 try to download this again...
