Yeah pays(take lot time to make and much more to receive) but the idiot only made acc in forum to make ppls join as one of his refeers, the good is that he didnt knew that is not possible to do that kind of thing. ;D

Actually there are a lot of sites like this and they do pay out but it takes along time to earn the amount of money you are trying to earn
