we should define the cq_config table like this !
2130 is just the 21:30
5 is just the friday
132 is just the level limit define
so when friday 21:30 the legion war will be start ,when you login the game at this time you will get a the system invite for jion the war!
as a matter of fact this define is just like the PK game define , you also can find this line in this table

1 the first day in every month
6 Saturday
we still need to add many db script to run the legion war include the door script and the flag script .kill rank script ,more and more thing need to add!
