Failed to connect game server

I make Omega's instructions but i saw failed to connect game server error . What I make for this ?

I disabled my firewall this time I saw account doesn't exist problem :S

Sorry I am new on this forum :/ But I really near to lost my mind . I restarted computer once and I saw red x . I tried install agent but red x's never changed :X
