Im playing Aor but server down .. I need free korean vpn nowadays.

there are free vpn such as FlyVPN but they are terrible. dc you every 20 mins, and also laggy. your best of buying one for 10 usd, good reliable and also no lag :)

and dont say you cant get 10 usd, that is nothing, a paper round or washing peoples cars for a couple of hours can easily get you money, or ask your parents for a allowance.
