If you can script everything is possible.
Just take a look at Lineage2 Paradise server, they made their very own emulater themself.
If there would be a team for Archlord, we could hope but no one likes/wants to make such a emulator for archlord.
So right now, there is no possibility of having a pserver for archlord.

Honestly, its not possible to make a private server. For one they have it locked down so hard to make an emulator to work for the files and for two, its to unstable to hold it on a house server. Trust me, I have tried to work on something like that and I know SQL, and all kinds of other scripting and such. Its not possible for it.
