HELP STEAM ERROR

Hello e*pvpers ,
i have a problem with steam :
when i try to start it , it says :
" Steam.exe (main exception): ERROR: deleted Steam.exe but the file is still there "
I have :
-Windows 7 Home Premium
-64 Bit
-No Tune Up
-(idk what i need else to write)

Please Help!

go into the steam folder and delete clientregistry.blob :)
start steam, it will update and run perfectly!

sorry but its the same problem , because it create a new clientregestry.blob when i
delet it :(

try to reinstall steam
