This would be really helpful, because as of now, one of my accounts could be banned? or it is the bug? because I can't get on any of them... "incorrect id" blah blah
If one of your accounts is banned, are they all banned?

a lot of people are getting this error. so you should wait it out. once everyone gets their accounts back, you should know if you are banned or not.

I don't have any connection issues at all with my one account.
Although i have a similiar question on this thread topic so i'm posting it here instead.
Do players with accounts that get banned have affect on their other existing multiple accounts? By that i mean will Acclaim ban only the hacker/spammer account and not check other existing accounts created by the hacker/spammer as well?
Is the ban by account only or by IP too? I'm guessing IP even though they are banned they come back with dynamic IP.

I think they ban accounts with the same IP at that time...example, you are using 2 computers at home, 1 with your main and 1 with the hackers account. If the hackers account got caught by GMs and facing the ban hammer, you main will also get banned. Not sure but my friend who own a lan game shop got all his computers banned even for legit players except for those who weren't playing at that time...

I had that problem too u must write a letter ( e-mail) to the acclaim.
ur email must have this points:
1. Send an email to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. In subject line, put "Incorrect ID Error"
3. In the main email, include your user id, and advise them you need your
account"refreshed"
