Plz Help

Hello sorry if posting in wrong section but i am trying to get a EOPS but idk anything really about hosting or running, i just ned help with getting one were i can run it by myself offline without internet so i can just have fun. i tryed to get a server from this website but i kep getting errors when running: account server, npc server and msg server, here is a pic [Only registered and activated users can see links. The errors in your screenshot mean the server files can't connect to your MySQL server.

well i jsut recently started EOPS so idk what u mean

I would suggest you read some of the guides in the link I gave you, They should help you start off.
