[Release] Basic Password Change Page

Yeah.... basic password change script...
kinda sloppy, works though.
Coded for 5369 Server, but you can easily change it....

Basic instructions,

change DB info & if you're running different tables in your database, scroll through php file and change them.

lol, you lost 99% of people at changing tables in your database.. if people understood how to do this then there would be no need for simple reg pages to be made over and over and over again....

When I try to make it work its display this on the website : The username entered does not exist!Congratulations, password successfully changed!
