Conducting a private server [SOON]

Hey elite, I went away for a few weeks because i had exams and all that shit at school, anyways; I am done now and I will be making or shall i say remaking my private server. The server will be a continue of Legends Online or Risen Demons. I do not want this server to go down and I am going to put A LOT of money and work into this server. The server will probably open within a month or so. If I have more time and more days off my job, I will work on the server whenever I can. I am making this post because I can't do this alone. I will need help. Any of my staff WILL GET PAID! I am not looking for some staff that will sit around and just break the rules. I am putting A LOT of money into this server. If anyone wishes they would like to be staff please answer the questions that follow the expectations of the staff you would like to apply for. I myself can do all of these things and am just looking for some extra help. I am interested and will go over all applications very carefully. I want to be a good server and not one that shuts down. I do not want the server to end up like the other two. Now that I have time and money, I am willing to put lots of work into this server.
