The chances that CIDProxy has a keylogger is pretty small, considering it has been tested, if it connects to other suspicious IP addresses, and it
doesn't. The only thing that could be dangerous, is if there were hidden "commands" in the proxy, like the famous Bananasplit command, which was a hidden command in NProxy; whenever someone whispered it to you, you would drop all your gears on the ground. No one has tested if these sort of hidden commands are in the CIDProxy, and unless the proxy is decompiled, it's pretty hard to tell if they are in the proxy.
