So i know level oen fishing is in loa ponds... level two in parca temple. Where can i fish for level three fish considering i'm almost level 60?

I have not realy understand what u mean ^^ but i think u mean where can u fish with lvl 3 fish master? if yes than i can anwere u with lvl 3 u can fish in draco dessert ( i think)

lvl 2 : parka shrine (lvl 40+)
lvl 3 : draco desert (lvl 60+ if you wall-hack your way there)
lvl 4: its only the skill to use the best rods in game , but no fishing spot.
