mod needed for need for speed world

Hi is there a mod out ther that increases the cop level from 5 to a higher one..

I have seen somewhere they is one increasing level 5 to 7 and cant remember where i seen it is this fake or real

I think it's something related to the level..

Its possible to make it even 99999 but it will still be like 5 even if you will se heat 99999 or other.
