[Release]PlusAdder

this plus adder will create a new itemadd.ini with the info in it this was made using a 5165 itemadd.ini it will work for some other versions having the same structure of the file itemadd.ini

How to use:
1: open the thing
2: ull find a numeric up and down and a txtbox
in the numeric up and down its From+: which means for example from+ 12 to + 13 so if u set it to 12 it will add +13 and so on
as for the rate it is the rate of increasment of the values its a value of type single so u can set it to a decimal value like 1.25

please tell me if u find any bug or have any ideas to add in next versions

V2:well since this sets values as strings so sometimes it may set values that r read as bytes or any other type by the thing itself or other sources in this version it will check the value's type for example if its a byte and more than 255(max value of byte) it will set it to 255

I was really wondering why no one had done this already. Hell I was tempted to write one at some pt cause it was pissing me off having ppl be like "ULTIMATE RELEASE... +15 ITEMS... FOR HALF THE GEARS"

well not any1 wud think of this it wasnt my idea in 1st place this wud be useful bcoz when ppl make em themselves they make em much much more powerful like 3 times each extra + while in co's plus system the difference between each + is adding approximatly 0.02 in the incresment value
