error at starting game

ive done everything what you said, but i still get this error:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i checked the FAQ and the guide 3 times but cant find something i have done wrong

u are using sockcap ?

Try to get your newest graficcard driver. Update it and it will probably work ;)

updated the game and it works ^^

now i have the problem, that the loadingscreen appears after charselection, but the loadingbar doesnt move. is this normal or not?

i have the same problem plz anyone tell me what to do?????? i tryed every thing but i get the same problem
