3/19/08 Update Hacks

Logged onto today. They put out another update. Small bug fix and a cert reset.

Loaded up my hacks and game crashes. Time to update them. I'll be happy to help find some values and addresses as long as someone points me in the right direction on how to do so. I can get to the Hit Addresses on ROF, but need the next step.
