'Localeinfo' File Not Found
I have spent roughly 3 hours searching the forums using terms: locale, localeinfo, locale error, localeinfo error. But i haven't had any luck(i apologize if i've missed it)
I have followed JW988's guide down to the letter, and Re-tried following Harmbasi's guide as well.
i've tried using the AoR client, and also using the official Rappelz 6.2 client
Any help would be appreciated
