Eu Server

Yo guys,


you all know it..nexon blablabla all pservers will be closed.
But i noticed that all servers (i guess so) are hosted in US..or somewhere else.
But not in Europe. So could it be that Nexon cant touch Europe hosted servers because Europe got another rules ? :o

I am not sure about this as I dont know of servers that host out of europe, but im sure they would find a way to put an end to that as well.
I think its best to leave it alone because opening a server in another country you will always have to wonder everyday "Am i gonna get a DMCA" its not worth it.

Its sad that everything ends now. I think we all would be very happy if someone would figure out a way that the servers can stay online, but i guess there is no chance right ? :S

Umm theres 3 country where theres no law about copyright but i dont even think they have internet there lol

some one merge these topics with the other one ppl makin to many topic on this

You can host your server in sweden or norway and they won't be able to do shit...but people will complain alot about lag and stuff

because i live in EU i would get very low ms compared with lag USA hosts (usually 300-600ms)

Sweden i lag either way lmfao

While the DMCA does not apply in the EU, the Berne Convention does apply along the Paris agreement and a few others.
