connect db errror

hey guys i have a problem when i start the server normally i get this error
connectdb:connection refused
i have tried to start the db first and then the server but nothing happens
i made a post a month ago about the same problem i did what i did to my other server to solve the problem in this server but it doesn't work p
plssss answer back a soon as possible\

Has the server ever been worked before or do you get always an error?

yes i have checked it

Can you conect to Mysql with Phpmyadmin, Navicat or someting else?

yes i can connect

Then it semes to be the wrong Ip/ Port, make shure that you have entered the correct one.

i have triple checked the ip's and are all corect it is hamachi server

If its in Virtual Pc it says connection refused then do this:

1. Go into navicat
2. then open all connection
3. mark all tables i the connetion like you open account and mark the tables
4. now you right click on them
5. now go to maintain>repair tables>extended and wait for it done!
6. do that in every connection
7. reboot
8. login in VTP with user:root pass:mcncc.com
9. ./start
10. DONE!
