New Multiclient [5018]!!!

I got this for another post but seeing as no one is postingit here here it belongs and easy to find I AM

And if anyone can tell me are guide me to where i can find out how to make this multiclient. And dont say search , I tried. And i know about the changing of English to Chinese, that also dont work any more.
