ok everythings changed since i last played and i was wondering can anyone tell me were i should train my level 73 mage and my level 92 summoner?

Easy, do quests and go to dead front. The game is now a quest oriented game meaning that you get ALOT of exp for quests. Just use the quest notification box.
70 to 85 is a very big gap, go to Avalon and do comission quests (there are two CQ buards, one is near the spawn point, the other one next to the fishing island)
