[Serching]Balanced Lvling Server

Hey guys & more guys.
Does anyone of u know a good Balanced Lvling Server?
I mean, Very Small DB Drops, No Cps Drops, A bit more often Super / Elite Items, & maybe +1 Stones?
I dont cares me how many Ppl. are on the Server.

Been damn busy so keep pushing back alpha but yes, we're going to be removing cp mostly and using say 2-5x 1.0 rates.

Meh, it's all preference. From what I've seen of trinity it's not exactly low rates... Hell one look at their top players has the ENTIRE thing filled with 140's lol.

Exactly. And half the players are maxed..

And a balanced server doesn't consist of handing out Full super at a specific level be it bound or not. Make them hunt there own gear, or make bound gear have an expiration date.

Well i put together the newb packs, and the biggest things are full unique bound set at 40 bound lv 97 elite necky/bag bound, then a super +2 armor bound at 120, I do like the timer idea though..

I remember back when i had 2 unique +2 clubs that i sold for a DB each...the next day Lotto came out and you could buy 20 unique +2 clubs for 2 dbs...Chris needs to make it like the old days. A person with full elite is a badass and a person with full unique can actually compete with him.

well we give out what we do so you can make some progress cause we are going to start you off at level 40..

-its not going to be like real co in any way, I'm guessing the 1st month or so we might have a max of like 20 people on maybe.. unlike co when they do a new server you got like 300+ people all ready to play on the 1st day to become the best..

it was cool when i first got on private severs back wat 5 years ago no its complete shit

My point of view: Don't judge me in this opinion, but imo, If you are gonna make your server hard to level, and hard to get gear, why even play a pserver, and just go play realco. I know theres other reasons to play pservers but just imo.
