Hello I am just curious friends told me this site had a topic that shouwed how to change your attack speed in wow if any 1 can please pvm me the topic for it or tell em its not on this site ty

Yes there are some bugs to do that. Search in the forum after weapon-stacking or "paladin 1 hit".
But these bugs are not working by every ascent-version.
