When i open luncher

Earth is N/A but when i hit Earth it give me start . when i hit start and wait it give me Error with سيشسينشتسب What the?

i must open it with proxy , please anyone help me ..

i have downloaded it v1.693

and i have joined PG Forums and report and they told me maybe i must install

patch v1.691 , 1.692. 1.693 and i did and i got nothing

From where did you download the whole client?
