Theres no point of randomly blocking lots of IP addresses, for all you know one of them might be the backup to the account server.
If you were thinking to do it block there scans, its a waste of time.

i'll propose a dumb way.
1. start conquer on original client
2. log packets using WPE (filter the packets to/from gameserver and login server)
3. after 1 hour, get the list of weird IPs and have them all blocked.
4. repeat step 2 and 3, just incase they have back up IPs.
I have a some IPs identified in one of the threads i started regarding proxies under programming section. It's obtained using the method above.
However, there has to be a complete list of those IPs stored somewhere in the conquer files.
