X-trap problem

heres the problem

i opened Crossfire then w8 for the log in screen then X-trap pops up with a problem that says

"Code_field (030-0400-00000000-505)
The Game Execute File is not normal or an abnormal memory access has been detected "

this was happening for months now even tried re-downloading it o-o
