can some1 plz help me..i'm rying to ply cabal but i keep getting:

failed to connect to server plese try again

doe any one know why...
is that the message u get when u'r ip is not allowed??

please help me

You should know when your IP isn´t allowed. f.e.: if you try to play Cabal NA but you´re from Europe and you use no proxy.

And when you get this message? In-Game?
