@ alexander: The thread here is English and not German even if this is a German Forum.
You could try a re-installation of Cabal and make sure you deleted every from Cabal.

i know, i reinstall cabal 4x and is this same problem :| srry i have bad english :/
I click cabal and wait for download update if update download over. I click start
in game error hacking etc :/ restart te computer im restarting and again click cabal i in launcher this fail connection :/ idk why
If im must proxy configuration pls tell me how :| idk where O_o

You only use proxy if you want to play (as an example) Cabal NA but you live in Europe. So you play the correct version for your country or an other one?
Hacking Detection... you have any hack, bot open? f.e.: AutoIT, QMacro,...
Does your X-Trap or GameGuard work correctly? If it´s disabled the game won´t start for sure.

my girlfriend had this problem cause she uses dialup, she had to use a bypassed exe to skip the updater.

HEI IF YOU GOT MESSAGE "fail to download server information" MEANS THAT YOUR LAUNCHER CANT CONNECT BECAUSE OF YOUR PC GOT TO MANY JUNK OR TEMP. FILES .. SOME OF THAT JUNK FILES CANNOT BE DELETED WITH SOME SOFWARE EX: CCLEANER OR NCLEANER ....TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOFWARE SpeedUpMyPC 2011 ..AFTER I USING THIS,I CAN PLAY AGAIN
